These are not harsh like industrial hemp cigarettes. I don’t care how cheap industrial hemp is when it is soo harsh I choose not to smoke it at all. The only harshness I’ve felt is when i’m smoking too quickly that the smoke itself is hot. But just kicking back and cassualy smoking it, there is no harshness what so ever. No coughing, even when in haling deeply. A little goes a long way if just trying to reduce stress/anxiety. I only have to smoke about a 1/3 of cigarete and I can go to sleep right then and their. Which is what I mainly use it for. My body does not react well to over the counter sleep aids. I’ve tried another brand of all hemp flower cigarettes and they don’t make me as sleepy. So for me this is the better choice for my purpose of use.
